Abstract | PURPOSE:To realize a recording apparatus having a density-adjusting function which can solve a problem wherein fluctuation on density of printing on and after the second time occurs by being influenced by the integrated rate of black by the preceeding printing when a multipass ink ribbon is used. CONSTITUTION:In a recording apparatus using a multipass ink ribbon, a print control means wherein the integrated rate of black by the preceeding printing to the ribbon surface is operated based on the accumulated binary data in RAM 5 and a temp. table for each integrated rate of black is selected from ROM 4 and printing action on and after the second time is performed by a thermal head 12, is provided. |
