Summary:PURPOSE:To start a job simply by displaying a job-list on the picture plane of a display unit as a menu type and selectively executing a job to be executed from the list by an operator. CONSTITUTION:A displaying picture plane is displayed on a display unit 31, and a command stand-by state is brought. A user inputs a job-list table display command from the keyboard device 32 of a console 30 from the state. Consequently, a job table is indicated to the display 31. The user searches the job name of an execution symbol from the job table displayed. The job-number input stand-by state of the executable display picture plane of the job is brought to pushing down a function key. When the user inputs a job number, the job is carried out, and processing is completed. The job number is input by using the ten key of the device 32.
