PURPOSE:To permit the contents of a bag to be cooked in an electronic oven in its original package without the need for the contents to be placed to the other container by a method wherein a base material having a heat-sealable inner surface and containing base sheet and an outer peeling-off layer are bonded together via an adhesive agent and the resin layer weak in adhesive force, a discontinuous perforation is provided to define an opening passing through the base sheet of the base material and a tear line starting at the rear end of a preceding tear is stopped by a succeeding tear. CONSTITUTION:A packaging sheet 1 is the laminate consisting of a synthetic resin base material 2 and an outer peeling-off layer 3 bonded together via a resin layer 4 relatively weak in adhesive strength and an adhesive layer 5. The base material is provided with discontinuous perforation 8 at least on its base sheet 21 to define a part 7 corresponding to an opening in an arbitrary shape. This perforation 8 is so arranged as to lap the rear end of each preceding tear over the front end of a succeeding tear in the tear direction to stop the proceeding of the tearing.
