CONSTITUTION:An erection roof 1 is slidably set on a guide wall 1 in the center part of the ground M a building site where a building A is to be built so that the construction work is carried out underneath the roof 2. Further, a precast concrete balcony 11 is attached by means of an assembly device 9 suspended from the erection roof 2.
