Summary:PURPOSE:To control a message display for promoting proper operation by discriminating a user which is unfamiliar with operation according to a misoperation ratio and misoperation intervals. CONSTITUTION:This information processor is equipped with an operation frequency storage means 105 stored with the frequency of key operation, a misoperation frequency storage means 104 stored with the frequency of key misoperation and an analyzing means 103 which calculates the misoperation ratio from the operation frequency stored in the operation frequency storage means 105 and the misoperation frequency stored in the misoperation storage means 104 when misoperation is done and judges the skillfulness of the operation from the misoperation ratio. Consequently, a message corresponding to the skillfulness of the user can be displayed and the operability is improved.
