PURPOSE:To provide a radial taping device by which total inspection, not sampling inspection, is possible when electronic components are inspected, and which does not require much manhour at the time of inspection, and can be used for high temperature inspection also. CONSTITUTION:The radial taping device consists of a long sized base tape 2 and a cover tape 3, and three conductors 4 are embedded in parallel on the base tape 2, and on the inner side of the base tape 2, exposure parts 6 to expose the conductors 4 which are embedded at appropriate locations, where lead wires 5a of an electronic component, which are pinched between the base tape 2 and the cover tape 3, cross the conductors 4 embedded in the base tape 2, are formed, and a conductive adhesive is applied at least on the exposure parts 6 to press-bond the base tape 2 and the cover tape 3.
