Summary:PURPOSE:To offer a hologram dry plate which is effective to form a hologram with little noise on a part of a large substrate or on a curved surface. CONSTITUTION:This hologram dry plate consists of a glass plate 1 having a nonreflecting coat 51 which is optically transparent and other layers successively formed on this plate 1. These layers are (1) adhesive layer 2 having almost an equal refractive index to that of the plate 1, (2) photosensitive layer 3 comprising a gelatine of bichromate, (3) refractive index controlling layer 4 comprising silicone oil, and (4) cover glass having nonreflecting coat 51.
