CONSTITUTION:Liquid fuel is stored in a space between a cover plate 2 and an elastic film 5, and fuel transfered to a small fuel chamber 6 from a fuel chamber 9 is all the time taken out through the inner channel of a fuel taking out needle 10. When the fuel is taken out the pressure in a casing 1 becomes negative, hence the water produced by reaction and ejected from the fuel cell can be taken in through an air ejection hole 1 and disused together with the casing 1.
