Abstract PURPOSE:To provide a bar code for tire consisting of projections and recesses, with which a uniform side wall thickness can be secured. No.2 tire bar cord consisting also of projections and recesses is formed in such an arrangement that the total volume of the projections protruding at the tire surface is approx. the same as the total volume of recesses situated inside of the tire surface.
