Summary:PURPOSE:To improve shield efficiency by surrounding a coil body within the range of a distance almost three times of an inner diameter of the coil body and providing a shield body consisting of a conductor. CONSTITUTION:By surrounding a coil body 3 by a shield body 5 made of a copper plate, an eddy current in the cancelling direction of a magnetic flux to the direction of a main magnetic flux for heating flows in the shield body 5 so that a leakage magnetic flux from the coil body 3 is sharply reduced. At this time, by providing the shield body 5 in the position of a distance almost three times an inner diameter of the coil body 3, the coil body 3 including the most part of its outer magnetic path is surrounded by the shield body 3 so as to be able to reduce a leakage magnetic flux with good efficiency while preventing the whole from becoming unnecessarily large-size.
