Summary: | PURPOSE:To voluntarily control the change of temperature caused by applying the heat of a far infrared radiation-radiating material blended inside a formed body, by a method wherein an original material is made kneading an auxiliary material into the powder of ceramics containing the far infrared radiation- radiating material, by a blend of a definite ratio, and is filled into a mold, and the formed body pressed by high pressure is fired. CONSTITUTION:By the control of presetting conditions such as a blend of ceramics and an auxiliary material, force-and-time applied by press-forming, and temperature-and-time by firing, an article-heating temperature caused by applying the heat of a far infrared radiation-radiating material blended inside a formed body can be delicately controlled. When this heating material is used for a thawer, for example, any thawing time such as thawing in five hours, in seven hours or in ten hours can be found meeting the characteristic and property of a frozen food to be thawed. |
