Summary:PURPOSE:To carry out quick control of the volume of the combustion gas that is generated in a secondary combustor by supplying air to a fluidized bed gasification furance, fluidized bed combustion furnace, and secondary combustor with the air to each of them controlled independently. CONSTITUTION:In a fluidized bed gasification furnace 1 coal 10 is changed to a combustible gas 13a. After the dust collection from this gas, it is introduced to a secondary combustor 5. A mixture 15a of the char that is generated in the gasification furnace and a desulfurizing agent is supplied to a fluidized bed combustion furnace 2 and becomes a combustion gas 14a. After the dust collection from this gas, it is introduced to a secondary combustor 5. In the secondary combustor 5 the combustible gas 13b buns by the combustion gas 14b and air 12c, and the generated combustion gas 17 is sent to a gas turbine. By increasing or decreasing the coal 10 and air 12a supplied to the gasification furnace 1, the air 12b supplied to the combustion furnace 2, and the air 12c supplied to the secondary combustor 5 the volume of the combustion gas 17 at the outlet of the second combustor 5 is easily and quickly changed.
