Summary:PURPOSE:To attain the effective utilization of time by controlling a sound recording device to automatically record sound guidance outputted from a net control service (NSP) station. CONSTITUTION:Free dialing remote control data such as free dialing telephone numbers, contraction telephone numbers, identification(ID) numbers, changing time, accepting destination telephone numbers, and changing days of a week are inputted to a microcomputer 2 and stored in a storage device 3, or data formed by changing, adding, deleting, or copying the input data is stored in the storage device 3. The formed free dialing remote control data are sent to the NSP station 5 through a telephone line 6 by a network control unit 4 and various sound guidance returned from the NSP station 5 after completing the sending of the data is automatically recorded in a recorder 7 while controlled by a sound recording control device 1. Since it is unnecessary to input data each time, time can effectively be utilized.
