Abstract | PURPOSE:To improve the stiffness of a grindstone shaft and to reduce the bent of the grindstone shaft by forming the grindstone shaft in a center structure. CONSTITUTION:The driving side of a grindstone shaft 4 is supported by a driving motor 3 and the counter-driving side is supported by a fluid bearing 5 provided at the other side of a frame 1. A grindstone 6 is arranged at the specific part of this grindstone shaft 4 and a work hole 7a as for the face to be worked of a work 7 is subjected to internal surface grinding by this grindstone 6. In this case, a traverse position detector 8 detecting the traverse position is provided at the table 2 side, the detection output of this traverse position detector 8 is input to a control device 9 and a hydraulic control device 10 is controlled based on the detection output by this control device 9. |
