Abstract | PURPOSE:To enhance the possibility of connection within a comparatively short time by setting a dialing inhibit time band longer than a required time of data communication with a central management equipment at a certain time interval as to a call with low priority. CONSTITUTION:The call inhibit time band is a time band in which a call with low priority is inhibited and in which call inhibit and call permission are alternately repeated at an interval of 2min.3min.2min.3min... Moreover, each call inhibit consecutive time is set to be 2min sufficiently longer than 45sec being an average communication required time with a center. Thus, even when a call from other set is generated one after another and the communication with the other set is extended, the line with the center is connected comparatively early. |
