Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain a multiple string type ornamental chain of a spiral pattern of two color tones by forming an original material by sticking a heterogeneous metallic plating layer to the surface of an inner material made of a thin metallic wire, and thereafter, scraping the side face, and joining annular bodies like a chain in many trains by using an inner material exposed wire rod in which the inner material is exposed on the side face. CONSTITUTION:An original material 3 is obtained by sticking a plating layer 2 by a metal being heterogeneous from an inner material 1 to the surface of the inner material 1 made of a thin metallic wire. Subsequently, by performing the scraping to a side face 4 of the original material 3, an inner material exposed wire rod 5 in which the inner material 1 is exposed on the side face 4 is obtained. Next, by using the inner material exposed wire rod 5, a multiple string type ornamental chain 7 formed by joining annular bodies like a chain in many trains is obtained.
