Abstract PURPOSE:To light labor of an operator without need for confirmation of a recording surface by turning backwards a sheet loaded to a loading means by making a sheet guide member on a recording surface side and one part of the recording device main body see-through so that the recording surface of the sheet immediately before being loaded to the loading means can be visually observed from the outside. CONSTITUTION:This device is a recording device provided with the loading means 9 which ejects and loads the sheet P on which information is recorded with the recording surface P1 faced down, and the sheet guide member 13 and one part 15a of the recording device main body on the recording surface P is made see-through so that the recording surface P1 of the sheet P immediately before being loaded to the loading means 9 can be visually observed from the outside. Because the recording surface P1 of the sheet P immediately before being ejected can be checked by the operator, there is no necessity to confirm the recording state by turning over the sheet P loaded to a paper ejection stacker 9, and the labor of the operator can be lightened.
