Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain the title cutter capable of excellently winding a mulching film equipping a machine frame connected to a body with a peeling roll of winding the mulching film covering levee at an adjustable left and right inclination and making the peeling roll after the shape of levee. CONSTITUTION:A machine frame 7 connected to a body 3 is equipped with peeling rolls 20 by laying an outer peripheral connecting rod 29 between inside discs 27 of large diameter and outside discs 28 of small diameter attached to supporting shafts 21 in such a way that the diameter of the rolls is lessened from the inside to the outside and a spike 30 is projected in a protruding way from the supporting shafts 21 in a radiate direction toward the outer periphery to give the objective device. Left and right inclination of the peeling rolls 20 is adjusted by a handle 18, a mulching film 34 is divided into parts by a film disc cutter 31 and wound around the peeling rolls 20 and recovered.
