Summary:PURPOSE:To use the batch processing of a center computer from a work station when normal business processing work is made into EDP by providing a state control file, a menu file, a batch processing state display part and the like. CONSTITUTION:When a batch processing job 7 is used, the screen of the work station 1 is used and a transfer information part 6 in a job 7 is inputted to an online program 2. Then, a work station input data inspection processing part 3 promptly inspects an input content. When there is no error, a batch processing job starting processing part 4 refers to information with menu in the menu file 9. The information part 6 adds prescribed data to the job 7 designated by addition information and it is started. Then, starting information and a subsequent batch processing state are written into the state control file 10 at the same time. The job 7 is used since the program 2 reads the file 10 by the batch processing state display part 5 and displays it in the work station screen 11 whenever a state supervisory request is received from the station 1.
