PURPOSE:To simply generate a highly precise design drawing from a photograph or an illustration even for a structure whose design drawing is not available by developing a two-dimensional graphic form by inputting a drawing such as the photograph and a picture containing the information of far and near on a plane, and designating a representative coordinate position and length information. CONSTITUTION:In developing processing, when graphic data stored in a storage part 4 is read out and displayed on an input/output part 7, and the coordinates of four points A to D, for instance, and the length (size) of a specified section (A B) among them are inputted, the sides A-B,C-D and the sides A-D,B-C opposite to each other of an area surrounded by these four points are made the same lengthes respectively so as to make a rectangle, and the graphic form in the area is developed by the designated length. Namely, the area surrounded by the points A to D is developed into actual length as considering the point A a standard point from the actual length of the specified section A B. Thus, the two-dimensional graphic form such as a plan or an elevation, etc., can be analyzed an developed.
