PURPOSE:To prevent an operation from being restarted without any control after recovering from a power failure or the like by a method wherein means for storing a safe operation is provided, and in case that the memory means stores the safe operation, a cancellation of the stored safe operation is carried out only with a turned-off of an operation switch of a remote-controller. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply switch S1 is turned on and an operation switch S2 is turned off, if there is a storage of a safe operation in response to a presence or a non-presence of a stored safe operation, a coil 11b is ener gized with an output from a safe operation reset port O2 and a contact point 11 is opened. That is, the stored content is diminished and the safe operation is reset. An operation switch S2 of the remote controller 3 is turned off and the safe operation is reset. The safe operation is not reset by turning-on or off the power supply switch S1. In turn, under a condition in which the safe operation is reset (a condition in which the stored safe operation is cancelled), the operation is carried out if both power supply switch S1 and the operation switch S2 are turned on. Accordingly, the power switch S1 is turned on or off while the operation switch S2 is kept at its on state, a starting or stopping of the operation is carried out.
