PURPOSE:To manufacture quality asphalt having mixture by effectively adding asphalt to materials for the mixture at the stage of mixing. CONSTITUTION:In accordance with the rate of mixture for asphalt paving mixture for shipment, required aggregates are taken out from an aggregate bin 4, and required quantity is determined at an aggregate batcher 11. Pulverized stones delivered from a pulverized stone bin 6 are weighed at a pulverized stone batcher 12 to determine the required quantity. Reclaimable wastes are weighed, in accordance with the rate of mixture to the new aggregates, at a reclaimable waste weighing tank 13. The new aggregates and the pulverized stones, respectively taken out from the aggregate batcher 11 and the pulverized stone batcher 12, are thrown into a mixer 14 for dry mixing, that is performed for a mixed period of time for mixing of the new aggregates and the pulverized stones. Then molten asphalt, weighted at an asphalt batcher 15, is added thereto for wet mixing, that is performed for a fixed period of time to let the molten asphalt adhere to the new aggregates and the pulverized stones. After this, the reclaimable wastes are thrown into the mixer for mixing, a that is performed for a fixed period of time to let the reclaimable wastes uniformly mix with the other materials.
