PURPOSE:To enable compaction and fine control by providing a communicating passage control member and a movable plate control member integrally on a rotation axis rotating around an axial line in a bulkhead placed between a main and a sub fluid chambers and constructing such that the stress areas of communicating passages and the movable range of a movable plate are altered. CONSTITUTION:A rotary valve 29 (a communicating passage control member) and a cam 36 (a movable plate control member) are rotated by having a rotation axis rotated using an actuator 38 so that the stress areas of the communicating passages C, D, E between a main and sub fluid chambers 12, 13 as well as the movable range of a movable plate 34 can be altered. Moreover, as the rotary valve 29 and the cam 36 are provided on the coaxial line within a bulkhead 10, there can be nothing protruding vertically from the bulkhead 10 so as to compact an entire engine mount 1. In addition, the stress areas of the communicating passages C-E and the movable range of the movable plate 34 are respectively controlled so as to enable fine control.
