Summary:PURPOSE:To dispense with a foundation, make a device movable, lower the height of the device, and improve safety by providing foldable lifting mechanism formed with box-shaped leg members on both sides across a vehicle and lifting up/down a floor board on which the vehicle is loaded by means of the lifting mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Base seats 1 are placed in parallel on the ground on both sides to enable a vehicle to enter in between and the base seats 1, 1 are linked together by means of flat steels 2 in a plurality of places. Leg members 5, 8 are combined in an X shape and rotatably supported by a pin 9 and mutually rotatable box-shaped leg members centering around the pins 9 are installed on the base seats 1. A floor board 16 for loading a vehicle is installed on the top ends of the leg members 5, 8 and is lifted up/down between the highest position at which the leg members 5, 8 form the X shape at right angles and the ground. After loading a first vehicle on the floor board 16 placed on the ground, the floor board 16 is lifted up, allowing a second vehicle to ride in thereunder to perform double-deck parking.
