Abstract | PURPOSE:To shorten the term of construction by fixing a mold consisting of an internal trench steel plate and an external trench steel plate, on embedded metal fittings arranged on the outer periphery of a structure, and by backfilling without waiting for the generation of the strength of concrete, after the concrete is placed. CONSTITUTION:Into the external side of a structure 1, metal fittings 2 to be embedded, and cut-off plates 3 are embedded. After that, an internal trench steel plate mold 5 provided with ribs 4, and an external trench steel plate mold 10 provided with water-proof processing sections 7 on the external side are fixed on the metal fittings 2. In the meantime, according to requirement, supports 8 and cable trays 9 are arranged. Then, the mold is filled up with concrete 11 through a concrete injecting port 12 and after that, the port 12 is closed with a closing member 13. Besides, a backfilling area 6 is backfilled. Then, the trench steel plate molds 5, 10 are served as the internal and external wall structural-members of a trench, and without waiting for the generation of the strength of the concrete, the other work of backfilling and the like can be executed, and the term of construction can be shortened. |
