PURPOSE:To take a time interval sufficient enough for injection as well as to make a set liquid quantity accurately injectable as regularly as a clock by giving a driving liquid to a driving liquid press-in chamber through a flow control mechanism, spending a specified time, and constituting an injection quantity per unit time to be controlled. CONSTITUTION:A driving fluid controlled to a preset quantity by a flow control valve 120 is pressed in a driving fluid press-in chamber 7 from a driving fluid inflow port 6, driving a diaphragm structure 2. If so, the driving fluid spends some time till it is reached to such a quantity as capable of driving this diaphragm structure 2, while driving speed toward a fluid storage chamber 5 of the diaphragm structure 2 started of its driving secures the specified speed all the time. Thus an additive solution being sucked up into the fluid storage chamber 5 is discharged out of a discharge port 8 after taking a sufficient time interval since the supply of a main liquid has been started and as holding a flow rate per unit time to the specified value, thus it is injected into a main liquid feeding system or the like via a feed pipe 9.
