Summary:PURPOSE:To execute brazing at a low cost and by an easy management by linking reinforcing materials of a temporary assembling core part and winding a wore round it, containing it in a brazing furnace, and brazing mutually a seat plate, a tube and a fin. CONSTITUTION:A pair of seat plates 21 are placed opposingly at a prescribed intervals, and between them, a tube 23 and a fin 25 are placed alternately. By placing a reinforcing member 27 on both its sides, a temporary assembling core part 29 is formed. Thereafter, the reinforcing members 27 of the temporary assembling core part 29 are linked and a wire 33 is round it, and subsequently, the temporary assembling core part 29 is contained in a brazing furnace, and at least a seat plate 21, a tube 23 and a fin 25 are brazed mutually. The seat plate, the tube and the fin are made of an aluminum material. Next, a noncorrosive flux is applied to the temporary assembling core part. In such a way, brazing can be executed by using a baking jig whose thermal capacity is small.
