Abstract | PURPOSE:To improve the productivity and reliability of a bonding frame structure by reactively hardening a bonding agent under specified temperature after applying the bonding agent containing a specified main agent, a harder and a rubber ingredient or the like each to a lag and a pipe respectively. CONSTITUTION:At the time of manufacture, first a lag 1 is sanded by a wire brush and, after being degreased and washed up, bisphenol A epoxy resin or the like as a main agent, dicyandiamide as a hardener, 3-30wt.% of NBR to SBR or the like as a rubber ingredient, and a bonding agent of less than 500ppm of corrosive material content of a chlorine ion or the like are applied to a surface of the projection part 4. Next, a form memory ring 3 to be made of form memory material is inserted into a groove of the projection part 4. Successively a pipe 2 is inserted into the projection part 4, while each form memory ring 3 and a fin projection 5 and a ring groove 6 are made contact with one another. Then, the bonding agent is reactively hardened in a furnace in a temperature of 60-150 deg.C, thus a frame structure is completed. |
