Summary: | PURPOSE:To obtain the titled substance which scarcely leaves fins on the mold surface and can be released from the mold within a short time, by mixing an isocyanate with a specified polyether contg. active hydrogen, a blowing agent, a catalyst, etc., and foaming and setting the mixture within a sealed mold at 55- 80 deg.C. CONSTITUTION:A component comprising a polyol, average OH value 380-760mg KOH, containing above 5wt% polyol having a group derived by adding an alkylene oxide to an aliphatic amine, and represented by formulaI, wherein R is H or alkyl and n is a natural number, a catalyst which is a salt of a tert. amine having a hetero ring in the molecule, and a blowing agent (e.g., low-boiling halogenated hydrocarbon) is collided and mixed with a polyisocyanate[e.g., formula II (l is 0.3-0.8), a compound having at least 10% carbodiimidated MDI]. The purpose substance is obtained by injecting the mixture into a sealed mold at 55-80 deg.C and forming and setting the mixture. Here, if the above polyol is used in admixture with 20-80wt% second polyol of formula III, the mold release time is further shortened. |
