Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent a motor speed from being fluctuated, by setting a state observing device for estimating disturbance torque to focus a difference between an actual speed and an estimated speed to be zero, and by correcting torque command applied to a servo-motor from torque estimated by the state observing device. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic device 11 outputs a speed difference between a command speed VCMD and a motor speed XI(i) to an integrator 12. Besides, an arithmetic device 14 outputs a difference between the output of the integrator 12 and the output of a comparator 13 as torque command. In the meantime, a state observing device 50 receives the motor speed XI(i) and torque command u(i) and estimates disturbance torque to focus a deviation between an actual speed and an estimated speed to be zero, and the output of the estimated disturbance torque X2(i) is directed to a torque command correcting section 15 via a gain setting section 70. The torque command correcting section 15 feeds the corrected torque command u(i) to a motor.
