Abstract PURPOSE:To stabilize an operating torque and improve an operation feeling by fitting a disk body into an operating member and providing an annular pressing edge part pressing the operating body against a case body through an elastic connecting part, and protruding an annular rib to the outside of the boss part of the case body. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical boss part 21 is protruded from the side wall 4 of a case body 1. An annular rib 22 with respect to the inner side surface of an operating dial 7 is protruded at the outer part of the boss part 21. An annular groove 24 is formed on the outer surface of the operating dial 7. In a disc body 8, an annular pressing edge part 26 with a respect to an annular groove 24 in the operating dial 7 is connected to the outer part of a bush part 25 through three curved elastic connecting parts 27. In this state, the pressing edge part 26 is engaged with the annular groove 24, and presses the operating dial 7 against the case body 1 by the resiliency of the elastic connecting part 27, and the inner surface part of the operating dial 7 is pressed against the annular rib 22 through an annular spacer 28. Accordingly, the pressing edge part 26 and the annular rib 22 elastically hold the concentric annular position of the operating dial 7 therebetween, and the torque is stabilized and the operating dial 7 does not become unsteady toward a direction rectangular to the operating direction.
