Abstract | PURPOSE:To reduce subfield dividing work by checking including relation between a rectangle and an OCR character frame and automatically executing subfield division. CONSTITUTION:The medium of a formed control program is set up in an external storage device 114, inputted to a computer system 112 and corrected by a screen inter active method through an input device 113. In the case of executing design by a document CAD system, an OCR character string is collectively fitted and a character frame to be divided into subfields is surrounded by a rectangle having a specific attribute. When the character frame surrounded by the rectangle is processed by a control program formation system, the including relation between the OCR character frame and the rectangle is automatically checked, the OCR character string is divided, respective coordinate values are found out, and the OCR control program is formed by setting up a date (day, mo., year) respectively as different fields. |
