To provide a vibration apparatus that can vibrate a display panel to generate a sound and is improved in a sound characteristic and/or sound pressure characteristic, and an apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: An apparatus comprises a display panel 100 configured to display an image, a vibration apparatus 200 disposed at a rear surface of the display panel and configured to vibrate the display panel, a supporting member 300 at the rear surface of the display panel, and a pad member 700 between the vibration apparatus and the supporting member. The pad member is configured for decreasing a dip phenomenon of the vibration apparatus, and the dip phenomenon at 3-4 kHz is mitigated.
