Abstract | To prevent leakage caused by infiltration of a liquid as much as possible even if the liquid is contained in a fluid circulating in an exhaust passage.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a ring-shaped gasket 2 housed in a housing groove 3b formed on a seal surface 3a of a first member, and sandwiched between the seal surface 3a of the first member and a seal surface 4a of a second member. The ring-shaped gasket 2 comprises: a mica ring 11 (a heat-resistant material ring) formed of mica (a heat-resistant material); and a metal ring 12 provided along the mica ring 11. The metal ring 12 includes: a bottom part 12a sandwiched between the mica ring 11 and the seal surface 4a of the second member; and inner and outer side parts 12c, 12c provided at the bottom part 12a and housed in the housing groove 3b.
