To provide an information processing apparatus, an information processing method, an information processing program, and a recording medium which can enhance a cognitive effect of a moving user about information relating to a facility when voice guidance about the facility is outputted to the moving user, and stably provide high-quality user experience.SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus comprises: an output control unit which causes an output unit moving together with a mobile body to output voice guidance about a first facility when the mobile body moves on a first road to approach the first facility; and a timing setting unit which sets a timing at which the output control unit should start to output the voice guidance.
