Summary:To suppress the occurrence of rattling of a temperature adjustment member by suppressing an increase in a sleeve even though a housing is made of a synthetic resin.SOLUTION: A temperature adjustment device includes a housing 1 having cylindrical sleeve 20e, a temperature adjustment member 40 having a heating part or a temperature sensitive part to be inserted into the housing from the sleeve, and a clip member 45 for preventing the temperature adjustment member from coming out of the sleeve, and a first energizing member 5.
