Abstract | To efficiently and quickly remove red blood cells to be an obstacle in subjecting blood to biochemical analysis or immunoassay, and improve the accuracy and efficiency of analysis of various components in the blood.SOLUTION: A method for blood pretreatment includes adding branched polyalkylene imine and insoluble organic particles to blood to be measured, and subjecting a supernatant obtained by separating a resultant precipitation to analysis. The amount of addition can be reduced much less than a case where polyalkylene imine is added singly, which can prevent a situation where the analysis is affected by polyalkylene imine remaining in the supernatant. Insoluble inorganic particles having a positively charged functional group such as an amino group and an ammonium group are used to increase the efficiency in formation and sedimentation of precipitation. The branched polyalkylene imine and the insoluble organic particles may be added separately, but simultaneous addition of both can increase the speed of sedimentation of precipitation, which is more effective.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 血液を生化学分析ないしは免疫分析に供する際に妨害となる赤血球を効率的かつ迅速に除去し、血液中の各種成分の分析の精度や効率を向上させる。【解決手段】 測定対象とする血液に対し、分岐状のポリアルキレンイミンと不溶性無機粒子とを加え、生じた沈殿を分離して得た上清を分析に供する。ポリアルキレンイミン単独で加える場合よりも遥かに少ない添加量で済み、よって上清中にポリアルキレンイミンが残存して分析に影響を与えることを防止できる。また不溶性無機粒子は、アミノ基やアンモニウム基等の正帯電性の官能基を有したものを用いることが沈殿の形成や沈降に対しての効率が優れたものとなる。さらに分岐状のポリアルキレンイミンと不溶性無機粒子とは別々に加えても良いが、両者を同時に加える方が、沈殿の沈降が早く効率的である。【選択図】 なし |
