Summary:To provide a packaging box in which an insertion piece can be smoothly inserted into a cylindrical body while suppressing interference with a margin plate.SOLUTION: A packaging box 1 includes: a cylindrical body 10 in which a pair of end plates 11, 12 and a pair of side plates 13 are alternately arranged in a circumferential direction, a margin plate 14 continuously disposed to the side plate 13 located at one end in the circumferential direction is joined to a back surface of a rear end plate 12 located at the other end in the circumferential direction, and a pair of openings 10A at both ends in the axial direction are opened; two lid plates 20 that are continuously disposed to both ends in an axial direction of a front end plate 11 that is not joined to the margin plate 14 and close the pair of openings 10A; and two insertion pieces 21 that are continuously disposed to a free end of the lid plate 20, and inserted to the inside of the cylindrical body 10 along the margin plate 14 and the rear end plate 12 joined thereto.
