Summary:To simplify a device for introducing a subject into the inside of a rack device.SOLUTION: A medical image diagnostic device according to the embodiment includes a rack device and an image generation unit. In the rack device, a bore into which a subject can be introduced is formed, at least a portion of a detection device for detecting a detection signal caused by the subject is housed, and a pull-in structure is formed that allows pull-in of at least a portion of a stretcher on which the subject is placed.
