Summary:To provide an electrolyte composition having low thermal conduction characteristics, which hardly cause thermal uniformity with the elapse of time, and a cell capable of obtaining high output and having excellent stability against repetition of heating and cooling.SOLUTION: An electrolyte composition contains at least one redox pair and hollow particles. The average particle size of the hollow particles is 200 μm or less.
