Abstract | To provide means for improving positioning workability for road bridge floor slabs to greatly absorb errors of dimensions and relative positions inherent in the road bridge floor slabs and on-site errors at joint sites, thus enabling a reduction of working time for joining the road bridge floor slabs while achieving good workability and good working efficiency to actualize manpower saving.SOLUTION: A joint for connecting a pair of road bridge floor slabs includes receiving members arranged on the road bridge floor slabs, and erection members for connecting the receiving members, respectively, the receiving member each having a bottomed storage part, and an engaging part for engaging with the erection member inserted into the storage part, the erection members each having a pair of insertion parts to be inserted into the storage part, and a bridge part for bridging the insertion parts. The insertion part has a cylindrical shape of which the cross section is approximately uniform, and the outer diameter of the insertion part is smaller than the inner diameter of the storage part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
