Abstract To provide a control method of a recycling plant system which can suppress fuel shortage and power shortage of the recycling plant.SOLUTION: In a control method of a recycling plant system 100, the recycling plant system 100 is arranged in the ocean and including a raw material supply mechanism 10, a fuel forming plant 1, and recycle plant manufacturing resource other than fuel. The fuel forming plant 1 and the recycle plant respectively have first and second fuels F1, F2. The fuel forming plant 1 and the recycle plant respectively store first and second electric energy amounts E1, E2.
