Summary:To provide a dispersion method of a conductive particle capable of two-dimensionally arranging conductive particles by being separated with spaces, and yet capable of heightening efficiency of distributed arrangement of the conductive particles.SOLUTION: A dispersion method of a conductive particle includes: a process of adsorbing conductive particles P arranged on an arranging part 2 to an adsorbing part 5 by forming an electric field between a first electrode 4 having the arranging part 2 having electrostatic diffusion property or conductivity and a second electrode 6 facing the arranging part 2, and having the adsorbing part 5 having insulation property, where the arranging part 2 has a concavity 30 opening toward an adsorbing part 5 side, the concavity 30 has an inner wall face S1 tapered so that an opening width increases toward the adsorbing part 5 side, and the average particle diameter of the conductive particles P is 8 μm or larger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 基材上に導電粒子を離間させて二次元的に配置することができ、しかも導電粒子の分散配置の効率を高めることができる導電粒子の分散方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 導電粒子の分散方法は、静電気拡散性又は導電性を有する配置部2を有する第一の電極4と、配置部2と対向し、絶縁性を有する吸着部5を有する第二の電極6との間に電界を形成することにより、配置部2に配置された導電粒子Pを吸着部5に静電吸着させる工程、を備え、配置部2が吸着部5側に開口する凹部30を有し、凹部30は、吸着部5側に向かって開口幅が増大するようにテーパがつけられている内壁面S1を有し、導電粒子Pの平均粒子径が8μm以上である。【選択図】図1
