To provide an elevator maintenance tool for allowing workers to efficiently perform elevator maintenance work.SOLUTION: An elevator maintenance tool is used for operating and maintaining equipment installed inside a box of an elevator landing operation device buried in a building wall face. The elevator maintenance tool comprises a first engagement part capable of engaging with an engaged part provided in the box, and a flat body part extended to the opposite side to a side of the first engagement part engaged with the engaged part. On one side of the body part, there is provided a second engagement part capable of engaging with an inserting part installed on the top edge of a cover rear face of the elevator landing operation device.
