To provide a filter built-up body capable of effectively filtering foreign matters included in an oil body, and to provide a foreign matter discharge device including that body.SOLUTION: A filter built-up body in this invention includes: a housing forming a flow channel so that a fluid moves along a first direction or a second direction reverse to the first one; a plate inserted in the housing and having a formed through-hole; and a plurality of protrusions provided in a protruding condition from the plate toward the second direction.
