Abstract | To provide an image processing device, an image processing method, and a computer program that can maintain analysis accuracy over the entire image even when image quality deteriorates partially.SOLUTION: In an image processing device, an image analysis device includes: an input image acquisition unit that acquires an input image; an image dividing unit that divides the input image to generate a plurality of partial images; a feature amount estimation unit that estimates a feature amount for each of the partial images; a deterioration degree estimation unit that estimates a deterioration degree for each of the partial images; and a density estimation unit that estimates a density of an object for each of the partial images based on at least the feature amount and the deterioration degree.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
