Summary:To provide a manufacturing method for an excellently durable inspection jig with excellent electrical characteristics for inspection of electrical characteristics of a pad and a bump formed in a fine pitch.SOLUTION: A method includes: a step of half-forming, on a flexible sheet including an open hole for penetrating a first surface and a second surface, a penetration electrode in the open hole so that the sheet has a recess caved in the first surface; a filling step of filling the recess with a conductive binder containing polyamide particles having a melting point of 160°C or higher and 200°C or lower and conductive particles; and a heating step of melting the polyamide particles and coupling the conductive particles in a thickness direction of the flexible sheet. Thereby, an excellently durable inspection jig with excellent electrical characteristics is obtained for inspection of electrical characteristics of the pad and the bump formed in a fine pitch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ファインピッチに形成されたパッドやバンプの電気特性の検査に対し、優れた耐久性を有する電気特性の検査冶具の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】第1面と第2面とを貫通する貫通孔を有するフレキシブルシートに対し、第1面に陥没した凹部を有するように、貫通孔に貫通電極をハーフ形成する工程と、凹部に、160℃以上200℃以下の融点を有するポリアミド粒子と、導電粒子とを含む導電性バインダーを充填する充填工程と、ポリアミド粒子を溶融させ、導電粒子をフレキシブルシートの厚み方向に連結させる加熱工程とを有する。これにより、ファインピッチに形成されたパッドやバンプの電気特性の検査に対し、優れた耐久性を有する電気特性の検査冶具を得ることができる。【選択図】図1
