Abstract To provide a ventilation system which can preferably inhibit occurrence of dew condensation after renovation work is conducted for heat insulation.SOLUTION: A ventilation system has: an LDK 19 including at least a habitable room; and a non-habitable room 20 at least partially located adjacent to the LDK 19 and ventilates a housing H in which renovation work is conducted in the LDK 19 for heat insulation.
