Abstract To provide a communication device or the like capable of suppressing output delay of a high priority flow.SOLUTION: A communication device is coupled to a transmission device with MC-LAG. The communication device includes a first output port coupled to another communication device constituting the MC-LAG using a path, and a second output port coupled to a path different from the above path. The communication device is arranged in each of the first output port and the second output port, and includes an iTAS device configured to preferentially output a high priority flow, based on a set iTAS period. The communication device includes an acquisition unit and a setting unit. The acquisition unit acquires a first iTAS period set to the iTAS device arranged in the first output port and a second iTAS period set to an iTAS device arranged in a third output port in the other communication device and coupled to the path.
