Summary: | To develop a thermoplastic resin having excellent initial antibacterial properties and antibacterial sustainability while favorably expressing the original function of the thermoplastic resin.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition, a method of preparing the same, and a molded article including the same, and more specifically to a thermoplastic resin composition, a method of preparing the same, and a molded article including the same, the thermoplastic resin composition including: A) 100 pts.wt. of a base resin including a vinyl cyanide compound-conjugated diene compound-aromatic vinyl compound graft copolymer (A-1) and an aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound copolymer (A-2); B) 0.1 to 32 pts.wt. of a polymer having a weight average molecular weight of more than 500,000 g/mol and comprising an unshared electron pair; C) 0.1 to 5 pts.wt. of an inorganic antibacterial agent including one or more carriers selected from the group consisting of phosphate glass, silica gel, calcium phosphate and zirconium sodium phosphate; and D) 0.2 to 10 pts.wt. of zinc oxide having a BET surface area of 28 m2/g or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】熱可塑性樹脂本来の機能が良好に発現されると共に、初期抗菌性と抗菌持続性が優れた熱可塑性樹脂の開発が至急な実情である。【解決手段】本発明は、熱可塑性樹脂組成物、その製造方法及びそれを含む成形品に関し、より詳細には、A)ビニルシアン化合物-共役ジエン化合物-芳香族ビニル化合物グラフト共重合体(A-1)及び芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物共重合体(A-2)を含むベース樹脂100重量部と;B)重量平均分子量500,000g/mol超の非共有電子対を含む重合体0.1~32重量部と;C)リン酸ガラス、シリカゲル、リン酸カルシウム及びリン酸ジルコニウムナトリウムからなる群から選択された1種以上の担持体を含む無機抗菌剤0.1~5重量部と;D)BET表面積28m2/g以上の酸化亜鉛0.2~10重量部とを含む熱可塑性樹脂組成物、その製造方法及びそれを含む成形品に関する。【選択図】なし |
